Topics include – Sales fundamentals of mastering the sales mindset, planning an outbound prospecting campaign, navigating past ‘gatekeepers’, engaging the ‘decision-maker’, closing naturally without sounding salesy. Sales mastery includes understanding buyer personalities, the art of persuasive communication, crafting emails and voice mails that get results.
If required, time will be spent reviewing how to manage a sales team.
