Topics include – mission statements, performance objectives, innovation in objective setting, communicating objectives, bias in success measurement and the risks of measuring success.
Looking at the specifics of a business in 2022 we have topics including, discussing social impact within a business, sustainability goals, social enterprise, and social goal setting and moving from CSR to Social Organisation.
